In our online shop, the minimum order value is 18 EUR (incl. VAT). Orders below this amount are not accepted by the system.

Currently, we deliver outside Slovenia to Croatia, Austria, and Germany.

Of course, you can also place your order via email through our customer service - we are happy to assist you. In this case, the processing time may be slightly longer, and the order will be processed at the listed prices without discounts. The minimum order value is 18 EUR.

For orders placed through our website, available discounts are applied automatically, making online ordering the more affordable, easier, and faster option.

Yes, we offer individual pricing for business partners on orders above 250 EUR.

A B2B registration is required for this. Our B2B cooperation is primarily intended for regular industrial users, resellers, and companies purchasing for projects. We provide our B2B partners with individual pricing and the opportunity for long-term cooperation.

For larger quantities or regular purchases, it is worth registering as a B2B customer, as important B2B discounts become available after approval. The registration is secure – we do not send newsletters or promotional messages.

Please enter your EU VAT number during registration; it will be verified immediately via the VIES system. If the registration is successful, you will see net prices after logging in, and these will also be shown on the invoice.

Yes, of course. In general, the online shop automatically applies quantity discounts to SapiSelco cable ties: 3% for 5-9 packs, 6% for 10-49 packs, 10% from 50 packs, and up to 25% for certain products.

These discounts are calculated automatically in the cart - even for orders without registration. When you click on a product, the applicable quantity discounts are already displayed in the product listing.

In our online shop, you can choose from the following payment methods:

• Card payment - free of charge
• Bank transfer with proforma invoice - free of charge
• Cash on delivery (AVAILABLE ONLY IN SLOVENIA) - subject to an additional fee; handling fee for payment to the courier: 1.9 EUR

The invoice is always included in the package. If you would also like to receive it electronically, you can send us a message at the end of the order and request the invoice by email as well. In that case, we will of course send it to the provided email address.

Our warehouse maintains a high level of stock, and we primarily serve industrial and business customers in larger quantities.
All products available for purchase in the online shop are in stock. The current stock level is displayed for each product. The system does not allow adding more items to the cart than are actually available - only products that are truly in stock can be ordered.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, ordering is not possible. In such cases, please contact our customer service to receive an estimated delivery time.

On every working day (in Slovenia), we hand over the parcels to the courier service at 13:00. Orders received before 13:00 are usually delivered the next working day in Slovenia, and within 2 working days in Croatia, Austria, and Germany. Orders placed after 13:00 can only be dispatched on the following day. (In the case of advance payment via proforma invoice, dispatch takes place only after the payment has been received.)

Shipping is free from 70 EUR in Slovenia, from 90 EUR in Croatia, and from 130 EUR in Austria and Germany.

Personal collection is not possible.

The warehouse, where the stock is stored and where packaging takes place, is new, clean, and well organized. However, due to its nature, it is an industrial environment where external persons are not allowed for safety and organizational reasons.
The lack of personal collection is compensated by fast and reliable delivery: ordered goods are delivered within 1 working day in Slovenia and within 2 working days in Croatia, Austria, and Germany (for orders placed before 13:00 – parcels are handed over to the GLS courier service at this time every day).

Yes. SapiSelco cable ties have multiple industry certifications and are therefore suitable for professional use. When selecting the appropriate product, factors such as tensile strength, environmental conditions (UV radiation, temperature, chemical exposure), and whether the fastening is temporary or permanent should be considered.

In industrial environments, UV-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, detectable, standard-compliant, releasable, and other specialized cable ties are most commonly used, depending on the application and safety requirements. On our website, the key technical parameters of each product (material, temperature range, tensile strength, and certifications) are always highlighted to support quick and reliable decision-making.

Standard cable ties are primarily intended for indoor use or for environments without direct UV exposure. They are usually made of PA6.6 (nylon), which offers excellent mechanical properties, but may lose strength over time when exposed to prolonged direct sunlight.

UV-resistant cable ties, on the other hand, are made from UV-stabilized material that withstands strong sunlight and external environmental effects. These cable ties retain their mechanical properties over the long term - even under intense sunlight, temperature fluctuations, and weather conditions.

For outdoor use - for example on facades, in solar installations, on fences, in industrial facilities, or in the automotive sector - the use of UV-resistant cable ties is always recommended.

It is important to note that the color black alone does not automatically mean UV resistance. For outdoor use, it is recommended to choose certified cable ties where UV resistance is clearly indicated on the packaging.
